Services
Once people experience naturopathic medicine, they realize it’s the holistic approach they’ve been looking for.

Hormonal Balance
Your hormones play a crucial role in every aspect of your well-being—from energy levels and metabolism to mood, sleep, and overall resilience. The thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, and sex hormones work together in a delicate balance, influencing everything from weight regulation to mental clarity and endurance. When these systems are in sync, you feel vibrant and strong. When they are not, fatigue, stress, and discomfort can take over.
At the core of my practice is a holistic approach to evaluating and optimizing your hormonal health. Through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment strategies—including nutritional support, herbal medicine, bio-identical hormones, and targeted lifestyle adjustments—I help restore your body’s natural equilibrium. Whether you’re experiencing thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, blood sugar imbalances, or the effects of aging on hormone levels, I tailor each plan to your unique needs.
Detoxification Programs
Detoxification supports the body’s natural ability to eliminate toxins and maintain optimal health. Our programs focus on the liver, lymphatic system, and gastrointestinal tract, using evidence-based approaches to promote effective detoxification.
Our customizable detox programs range from 7 to 21 days and are ideal for addressing:
Allergies
Fatigue
Skin conditions
Heavy metal toxicity
Digestive issues
These programs can also support weight loss and serve as a foundational step in many treatment protocols.
Digestive Health
Your digestive system plays a pivotal role in overall wellness, housing 2 to 3 pounds of bacteria and flora critical to your immune function and health. Imbalances, known as dysbiosis, can lead to inflammation, leaky gut syndrome, and a host of gastrointestinal conditions.
Our comprehensive assessments include testing for dysbiosis through stool samples and evaluating food allergies using blood tests or elimination diets. These insights help us address issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, food sensitivities, and chronic inflammation. A balanced gut can alleviate symptoms like bloating, gas, and fatigue while supporting better skin, mood, and energy levels.

Everybody’s Medicine
Women’s Health
Women’s health concerns are unique, in part due to cyclical hormonal rhythms, which can be disrupted by significant life stressors and environmental hormonal influences. A comprehensive assessment of sex steroids, thyroid, and adrenal hormones provides a deeper understanding of hormonal imbalances. With this insight, personalized treatment plans can be effectively implemented.
Dr. Knorr regularly evaluates both the perimenopausal years, marked by menstrual irregularities, and the postmenopausal years and provides comprehensive treatments.
Conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and osteoporosis are treated using natural medicine approaches. A holistic care plan, often incorporating nutritional recommendations, supports overall well-being and whole-person health.
Men’s Health
Men’s health concerns often respond well to natural medicine approaches.
Common areas of concern include sexual health, cardiovascular health, mental well-being, and physical performance. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of overall endocrine function—by evaluating the pituitary, testes, adrenals, pancreas, and thyroid—can provide valuable insight. A broad approach to cognitive and cardiovascular health allows for targeted treatment recommendations, while supporting the entire nervous system can further enhance overall well-being.
Prescription Medicine
Dr. Knorr has extensive prescriptive authority and emphasizes the skillful, judicious use of medication. While treatments like anti-fungals, antivirals, and occasional antibiotics are sometimes necessary, Dr. Knorr also prescribes custom formulations from compounding pharmacies, including bio-identical hormones and biofilm treatments.
